Interfaith Peace-Building Initiative Awards the Dr. Brian Williams Family With Peace Medal

Dr. Brian and Cassie Williams of Grand Rapids, Michigan were awarded the Interfaith Peace-Building Initiative Peace Medal for their extraordinary work with Golden Rule International and establishing this initiative.

Ambassador Clyde Rivers said, “This family has chosen to lay their life down to establish the Golden Rule International Peace Initiative. They have worked tirelessly to bring peace globally. As a result of their hard work the coverage of our network reaches well over 180 nations. This Peace Medal is only given to the globally elite. Several presidents of the world have this award and Dr. Brian and Cassie Williams qualify for this prestigious list of exceptional individuals.”

The Interfaith Peace-Building Initiative (IPI) is a peace organization, which has been working actively since 2003 to promote interfaith cooperation, a culture of peace, harmony, constructive dialogue, and the teaching of the Golden Rule, “Treat others the way you want to be treated.” It is a non-governmental peace organization legally registered in Ethiopia with Charities and Societies Agency of the Ministry of Justice.

Dr. Clyde Rivers Wins Humanitarian of the Year Award

The prestigious Thomas Brown Christian College of Dallas Texas, presents Dr. Clyde Rivers with the Humanitarian of the Year Award.

Thomas Brown Christian College has followed the work of Dr. Clyde Rivers this year as he worked establishing the Golden Rule International Award, a highly ethical global award that honors people whose lives exemplify honoring others. The Golden Rule ethic is “Treat others the way you want to be treated.” The President of Thomas Brown Christian College, Dr. Omega Brown, was very please to congratulate Dr. Rivers on his fine work around the world. Sharing that the college was very proud to present him with this award.

Mario Murillo Receives Honorary Doctorate Degree From Latin University of Theology

Latin University of Theology’s International Commissioner, Dr. Clyde Rivers, was in San Jose California on June 8th, 2014 to present Mario Murillo with an Honorary Doctorate in Theology. This historical event took place at the Star of David Ministry with the overseers Dr. Sonny and Linda Lara in attendance.

Dr. Rivers told the audience that, “Mario Murillo is a true pioneer of the faith. We are proud, at Latin University of Theology, to confer upon Mario Murillo the Honorary Doctorate of Theology for his labor in the Word of God as an evangelist.” Dr. Rivers went on to say, “Bringing back the lost art of honor is a critical element that we must implement in the body of Christ. We must recognize those that have gone before us. So it gives me great privilege to honor Dr. Mario Murillo for his labors of love for mankind.”

Latin University of Theology has extension campuses in over 28 nations of the world. We welcome Dr. Mario Murillo to the family of Latin University of Theology.

World Peace Ambassador, Clyde Rivers Throws First Pitch at a High Desert Mavericks Baseball Game

An advocate for world peace, Dr. Clyde Rivers was asked to throw the first pitch at the High Desert Mavericks baseball game last week. Rivers commented, “It was such an honor to be asked to throw the first pitch at this baseball game. I believe every time I have the opportunity to do something like this I am able to promote world peace and the Golden Rule. It’s good to be heard and have the ability to explain that the Golden Rule, as a global ethic, is the only way we can change the world. ‘Treat others the way you want to be treated.’ With heartfelt gratitude I would like to thank the High Desert Mavericks Minor-League Baseball Team for giving me this opportunity.”

“It is always a privilege when you’re invited to speak to the next generation,” says Ambassador Rivers. Ebenezer Christian Academy is one of the top educational institutions in Miami, Florida. This school is producing graduates from high school at the age of 14 and 15 years of age because for their high standards. The students graduating from this institution are going into higher education with great success. Dr. Emy Etienne has established this outstanding institution.

Ambassador Rivers says, “I had the awesome privilege of speaking to these young students. I shared with them the power of creativity that is given to them by God. I was also able to share the importance of the Golden Rule, ‘treat others the way you want to be treated.’ I told them if they can establish this global ethic, they would make the world a better place. It takes the young people for the world to understand the message of peace and we will see a changed nation, changed world.”

  Robin Dinnanauth, a leading humanitarian, was awarded the Golden Rule International Award in April 2014 at the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Library and Museum in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Dinnanauth is known for inspiring lives globally through his humanitarian leadership and initiatives such as “Josiah’s House of Hope for Children.”

Ford Presidential Library and Museum in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Ambassador Fidelia Graand-Galon of the Republic of Suriname, South America received the Golden Rule International Goodwill Ambassadorship Award. The Golden Rule Award is given to those whose lives exemplify the motto: “Treat others the way you want to be treated.”

Ambassador Clyde Rivers, the head of the North American Division of the Golden Rule International, says, “Ambassador Fidelia Graand-Galon’s life has been poured out to the people of the Caribbean especially Suriname and the women of these countries and her Maroon people.
