Dr. Clyde Rivers, was recently asked to visit El Salvador on behalf of their Lotto System. He was able to experience the great work the lottery is doing to help their small communities. They are providing resources to help create a better life for their people. Dr. Rivers was able to experience the joy and gratitude of the beautiful people of El Salvador. The lottery is looking to encourage and provide for the next generation through their endeavors.

The leaders of the Lotto honored IChange Nations™ Founder and President Dr. Rivers during his stay in El Salvador. They recognized his heart for humanity and his humanitarian work around the world. They stated, “Dr. Rivers makes us feel we are not alone in this work.” Dr. Rivers has been invited to return to El Salvador and continue his labors with this great country to honor their work and the great people of El Salvador.

In Miami, Florida at Media 2016, Dr. Clyde Rivers received a Global Journalist Award for his outstanding worldwide journalism. This was accomplished by simply using the worldwide web. Dr. Rivers Journalism has used blogs and social media to tell their story. This has attracted a global viewing that has caused Dr. Rivers’ global movement and organization to be included in this 2016 Global Journalism honor category.

Our journalism has connected the world to his message of the Golden Rule, “Treat others the way you want to be treated,” as the world’s most profound ethic for global peace and development. Dr. Rivers movement of the Golden Rule has hundreds of participants around the world. There is a universal principle that will produce an ethic of peace around the world. That principle is “Treat others the way you want to be treated,” or commonly known as the Golden Rule. If this principle were applied to any and every life, business, city, country or nation, the results would be peaceful habitation. Dr. Clyde Rivers has developed what he has labeled, ‘Golden Rule Dialogue.’ “Golden Rule Dialogue is the place to begin. Without civil dialogue that takes into consideration the perspectives and value of others, we cannot come to any form of peaceful agreement on how to live together in this world and be productive people,” says Dr. Rivers. This dilemma has motivated the World Peace Ambassador Clyde Rivers to begin the dialogue that needs to take place.  He is currently doing “Golden Rule Chats” on several social media channels. Everywhere he goes his message remains consistent, “Treat others the way you want to be treated,” it will change our world. He is training individuals, city, state and government leaders and church leaders to name a few, to form strategies in which to build Golden Rule Dialogue in their sphere of influence. On May 1, 2016, in Lima, Peru, Dr. Alberto Santana presented Dr. Clyde Rivers with the “Great World Ambassador Award.” The presentation of this award signifies that individuals are making an effort to help humanity around the world.  Dr. Santana is an IChange Nations™/Golden Rule International Ambassador.  He is the founding president of the World Upper Room Christian Church in Peru and an author of more than 60 Christian Education books.  He has a strong belief regarding Dr. Rivers and considers him worthy of the award because of the vast global spread of the Culture of Honor, a movement to value contributions of all mankind to the world.

Professor Dr. Kevin Storr, a Golden Rule Alumni and the “Professor of Value,” presented Dr. Clyde Rivers with the Global Value Award.  Professor Storr created this award as part of a Global Value Initiative and chose to bestow in on Dr. Rivers at the IChange Nations™ Honor Event April 23, 2016, on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C.  Professor Storr said, “This award was given to Dr. Rivers because we have observed that he brings value everywhere he goes---every country he steps foot on.  It was a great privilege to have this opportunity on this prestigious platform to present the Global Value Award to Dr. Clyde Rivers.”

Dr. Rivers responded, “It was a great honor to receive this award from Professor Storr. I feel very honored and humbled by this recognition.  It is impressive to see one of our alumni moving the Culture of Honor forward through this Global Value Award.”

At the IChange Nations™ Honor Event April 23, 2016 on Capitol Hill, Dr. Jenny Lopez, Founder of Women Add Value Global Movement launched her “Men of Courage Award.” This award is significant to the Women Add Value Movement because Dr. Jenny recognizes the value of men that allow women to flourish and influence the world around them. Because of her passion for women she felt it appropriate to find and honor men courageous enough to encourage women to seek out their purpose and passion. Dr. Clyde Rivers was the first recipient of this award and four others followed this award launch.

In April 23, 2016, we witnessed an overwhelming representation of well-deserving individuals from fifty nations of the world.  These leading and hardworking world-changers came in response to the opportunity to be honored by IChange Nations™ and Golden Rule International.  This is ICN/GR’s largest gathering to date as they work to unify diverse cultures through the Culture of Honor.

In search of people deserving of honor at global, national, state and community levels, ICN Alumni and Golden Rule International Ambassadors out did themselves in this, by invitation only, event. Quality individuals, that have made positive contributions in helping mankind, came from all over the globe to Capitol Hill, Washington DC and received honor in the presence of their peers from around the world.

Ambassador Dr. Clyde Rivers, Founder and President of IChange Nations™ commented, “It is always such a humbling experience to be in the presence of great men and women, hardworking leaders, doing good things to help mankind.
